THE STORY OF NONA GINGER
Charlotte already created two award-winning non-alcoholic spirits to use in two of her favourite cocktails gin&tonic and spritz cocktails: NONA June & NONA Spritz.
Next to these cocktails, she also likes to order a Moscow Mule. A refreshing cocktail with the kick of ginger. "I am a fan of ginger. The current non-alcoholic alternatives are very intense in flavor and spice. I like more soft notes and balanced, complex flavors". So Charlotte started experimenting again and that's how NONA Ginger was born π
THE PROCES OF NONA GINGER π
NONA Ginger is the result of an innovative and complex distillation process, same as NONA June & NONA Spritz.
This process, in which all 12 herbs are distilled individually, has a lot of advantages:
π Sophisticated and balanced palette of flavors making it the perfect base for cocktails
π Up to 3x less sugar than current ginger drinks (only 8gr/100ml)
π Longer shelf life after opening bottle (6 months)
