NONA & tonic - Reinvent the classic

50 ml NONA June

100 ml Indian tonic water

Method build over ice & garnish with fresh basil leaf & orange peel.

 

 

 

NONA Bee

50 ml NONA June

30 ml fresh-squeezed lemon juice

20 ml honey syrup

Method Shake over ice. Strain & garnish with dried orange peel.

Tip Make your own honey syrup by heating 1/3 of water with 1/3 of honey until the honey is dissolved.

 

NONA Collins

50 ml NONA June

30 ml fresh-squeezed lemon juice

20 ml sugar syrup

Method Shake over ice, top with soda water and garnish with an orange peel.

Tip Make your own sugar syrup by heating 1/2 of water with 1/2 of sugar until the sugar is dissolved.

 

NONA Mimosa

50 ml NONA June

50 ml fresh orange juice

Tonic water

Orange and rosemary

Method pour over ice and top of with the tonic water. Serve with orange peel and a rosemary sprig.

 

NONA Ginger

50 ml NONA June

150 ml Ginger beer

Lime peel

Method Pour over ice and serve with lime.

Tip Add a pinch of turmeric for an extra flavour boost.
