NONA&Tonic - Reinvent the classic

5 cL NONA June

10 cL Indian tonic water

Method build over ice & garnish with fresh basil leaf & orange peel.




5 cL NONA JuneNONA bee

3 cL Lemon juice

2 cL honey syrup

Method Shake all the ingredients with a lot of ice.
Strain in coupette without ice.
Garnish: mint leaf or lemon zest

Tip Make your own honey syrup by heating 1/3 of water with 2/3 of honey until the honey is dissolved.


NONA Collins

5 cL NONA June

3 cL Lemon juice

2 cL sugar syrup


Method Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour NONA June, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
Top with soda and stir gently.
Garnish: lemon zest / lemon slice Optional garnish: sprig of thyme

Tip Make your own sugar syrup by heating 1/2 of water with 1/2 of sugar until the sugar is dissolved.


NONA Mimosa

5 cL NONA JuneNONA Minona

5 cL fresh orange juice


Method Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour NONA June and fresh-squeezed orange juice.
Top with tonic and stir gently.

Garnish: orange peel

Optional garnish: sprig of rosemary



NONA GingerNONA Ginger

5 cL NONA June

15 cL Ginger beer or Ginger ale

Lime peel

Method Pour over ice and serve with lime.

Tip Add a pinch of turmeric for an extra flavour boost.

3 cL NONA JuneNONA French n9

2 cL Verjus

1 cL sugar syrup

3 cL Soda water

Sage leaves

Method Pour NONA June, Verjus and sugar syrup. Stir this for 1 minute, add soda water and garnish with a leaf of sage.
