NONA June N°9
Ingredients
- 5cl NONA June
- 3cl Pine syrup
- Soda water
Method
Pour NONA June into a champagne flute, add the pine syrup and top off with soda water.
How do I make pine syrup?
It's easy to make this by yourself!
Pick some needles from a pine or fir tree during a walk and add them to sugar syrup. Let it soak for a few days or even weeks and your silver fir syrup is ready.
What about sugar syrup?
You can easily make your own sugar syrup by adding the same amount of sugar to water and let it simmer on low heat. Stir and wait until the sugar melts into a syrup.
