I'm Charlotte, passionate about nature and product innovation. As a child, I loved creating my own drinks using herbs I found in the charming fields of the Bourgoyen-Ossemeersen, a nature reserve near Ghent. Over time, my love for nature and fascination with food technology led me to pursue a degree in Bioscience Engineering, which I completed in 2017.

One midsummer evening, during an after-work drink with friends, I was searching for a non-alcoholic alternative to one of my favorite cocktails. The only option the bartender could offer was an overly sweet drink. That moment sparked my curiosity—I began experimenting with different herbs and botanicals, and that’s how NONA June was born.

I didn’t stop there. My journey of experimentation continued, and I went on to develop NONA Spritz and NONA Ginger.
