SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to process your order within 24 hours and hand it over to the carrier. In most cases, you can expect your package the next business day. The total delivery time (processing + shipping) usually does not exceed 48 hours within Belgium (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Most of our parcels are shipped with DPD, but in some cases we may use FedEx depending on the destination and logistics.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code to follow your delivery.

• €2.99 (BE & NL) / €4.99 (FR, LU & AT) for orders below €39

Spain, Portugal, Italy, Denmark & Ireland

• Free shipping on orders from €85
• €9.50 for orders below €85

Switzerland

• Free shipping on orders from €115
• €20.00 for orders below €115
