I’m Charlotte, passionate about nature and product innovation. As a child, I loved creating my own drinks with herbs I gathered in the charming fields of the Bourgoyen-Ossemeersen, a nature reserve near Ghent. Later, my love for nature and curiosity for food technology grew into a degree in Bioengineering, which I obtained in 2017.
One midsummer evening, during an after-work drink with friends, I was looking for an alcohol-free alternative to one of my favorite cocktails. The only option the bartender could offer me was an overly sweet drink. That was the moment I started experimenting with different herbs and botanicals – and NONA June was born.
I didn’t stop there. In the meantime, I also created NONA Spritz and NONA Ginger.
DISTILLED FROM NATURE
Our premium non-alcoholic spirits are crafted through an intensive and innovative steam distillation process. Since there is no alcohol and hardly any sugar to enhance the taste, achieving the perfect balance of flavors is more challenging. That’s why NONA June, NONA Spritz & NONA Ginger combine no less than 9, 27 & 12 botanicals respectively in each spirit.

I asked for feedback from several top chefs and sommeliers to perfect the recipes of NONA June, NONA Spritz & NONA Ginger.
NONA June combines nine botanicals into a balanced flavor profile with fresh citrus notes followed by a spicy touch. NONA Spritz is a refined blend of 27 botanicals with vibrant citrus notes and a lightly bitter finish. NONA Ginger brings together 12 botanicals in a well-balanced flavor palette with refreshing citrus notes and a spicy aftertaste.
These three distilled alcohol-free spirits are the result of a complex distillation process.
