WORKING WITH A DRINK

OUR STORY

I’m Charlotte, passionate about nature and product innovation. As a child, I loved creating my own drinks with herbs I gathered in the charming fields of the Bourgoyen-Ossemeersen, a nature reserve near Ghent. Later, my love for nature and curiosity for food technology grew into a degree in Bioengineering, which I obtained in 2017.

One midsummer evening, during an after-work drink with friends, I was looking for an alcohol-free alternative to one of my favorite cocktails. The only option the bartender could offer me was an overly sweet drink. That was the moment I started experimenting with different herbs and botanicals – and NONA June was born.

I didn’t stop there. In the meantime, I also created NONA Spritz and NONA Ginger.
