
NONA June Raspberry Mojito
Summer’s here, and that means it’s time for something light and refreshing. This Raspberry Mojito by Kokerellen is just the thing, whether you’re making one for yourself or mixing up a pitcher for friends!
It’s fresh, fruity, perfectly balanced (never too sweet), and has a unique depth of flavour thanks to NONA June.
Ingredients:
- 3 large mint leaves
- 4 raspberries
- 1/2 lime
- 5 cl NONA June
- 10 cl bitter lemon
- Ice cubes
- Extra mint leaves and a slice of lime for garnish
Instructions:
- Add the mint leaves, raspberries, and the juice of half a lime to a glass.
- Muddle with a spoon or cocktail muddler until the raspberries are well crushed and the mint is bruised.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour in the NONA June and top up with bitter lemon.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of lime.
