Ingredients

3cl NONA Ginger
1cl Lemon juice
10cl Hot water
Half teaspoon liquid honey
Fresh oregano

Method

Fill a heatproof glass with honey, NONA Ginger and lemon juice. Pour over with hot water and stir until everything is well mixed (especially the honey). Add the oregano and steep for a few minutes until the cocktail reaches a drinkable temperature.
