NONA Spritz & Sour
Ingredients
- 6cl NONA Spritz
- 3cl lemon juice
- 2cl sugar syrup
- 2 drops of orange blossom water
- 1 egg white (or Aquafaba: vegan)
- ice cubes
Method
Add all ingredients in a shaker with 1 ice cube and shake for 10 seconds.
Open the shaker and add more ice. Then shake for another 10 seconds.
Strain the cocktail into a glass without ice.
Garnish: lemon zest
