NONA Ginger Golden Spice

WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS?

• 6 cl NONA Ginger
• 1.5 cl Lemon juice
• 5 cl Orange juice
• 0.25 tbsp Turmeric
• 0.5 Sprig of rosemary
• 20 cl Ginger beer
• Garnish: Lemon strips of peel

HOW TO MAKE THIS COCKTAIL?

1. Scrub the lemon, cut long strips of peel, roll them up and place in the freezer. Juice the lemon and shake the juice with the orange juice and rosemary.
2. Prepare the rim by dipping the rim of each glass in honey, then in the salt and pepper mix.
3. Add the NONA Ginger and turmeric to the mix and shake again.
4. Fill the glasses with ice, divide the mixture, top up with ginger beer and finish with rosemary and the lemon twist.
