NONA Spritz Gluhwein

WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS?

• 10 cl NONA Spritz
• 22 cl Apple juice
• 1 piece of Star anise
• A strip of orange peel
• 1 Clove
• 1 Piece of cinnamon stick
• 4.5 cl Non-alcoholic red wine
• 4.5 g Granulated sugar
• 0.5 cl Lemon juice

HOW TO MAKE THIS COCKTAIL?

1. Add all ingredients for the Glühwein mix to a saucepan and gently heat until the sugar is fully dissolved. Do not let it boil.
2. Pour NONA Spritz into a heatproof glass.
3. Add the warm Glühwein mix.
4. Gently warm the drink a little more if needed, keeping it just below boiling.
5. Garnish with a piece of star anise and serve immediately.
