JUNIOR EVENT & PROJECT COORDINATOR

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You are our hands on hero who makes sure NONA is always present in a professional, premium and striking way. You support events, trade fairs, activations and retail projects throughout Belgium and occasionally in the Netherlands, Luxembourg or France.

Event Support & Field Work

• Deliver materials, products and POS to locations
• Assist at events, workshops and brand activations
• Build up and dismantle exhibition stands, samplings and tastings
• Ensure everything looks polished, premium and on point
• Occasionally help out across the border

Retail & In Store Activation

• Install and maintain displays in stores and concept shops
• Support tasting and sampling moments
• Make sure our product stands out on the shop floor

Planning & Organisation

• Assist in preparation, logistics and coordination of events, fairs and activations
• Manage materials, inventory and POS
• Handle practical tasks and solve problems efficiently

WHO ARE YOU?

• Energetic, hands on and proactive
• You think in solutions rather than problems
• Strong communication and people skills, you enjoy interacting with others
• Fluent in Dutch, French is a big plus
• Comfortable with physical work
• You have a category B driving license and enjoy being on the road
• Flexible availability, events sometimes mean evenings or weekends
• You love variety: no day is the same
• Bachelor in Event and Project Management or equivalent
